I like these designs. The photos are brought to the fore and nicely framed by the OU Turquoise info header.

Great, high-impact pic. What does this massive sat-dish do? Is it one those ones that searches for extra-terrestrial life?
Nice to see OU ORange get an outing.

Some interesting patterns going on here. Something very appealing about OU Light Green. The colour cross-shapes on both these publications remind me of balsa-wood model aeroplanes!

5.3 Typography recommendations
Good typography is based on function, format and purpose. Type should always be left-aligned and set in conventional sentence case (i.e. not all caps or all lower case).

Approved design: The OU in Africa

Here’s a nice design. This has been approved by Design Approval Group (DAG). Which just shows that there is room for some flexibility outside of the ten OU colours that the guidelines suggest.
