Faceless cartoon characters

faceless characters

What’s with all the faceless cartoon characters I’m seeing in designs lately? The Magic Numbers and Bjorn Again are two examples but there are many more. People too lazy to add features? It would seem not. For Stephen’s latest project, Ultragloss, the client was very clear to specify on no undertain terms should the characters have faces!

Design trend? I find them scary!

Guy has been playing the c64 version of IK+ on the wii virtual console. What a game. They don't make 'em like that anymore.
