Penny Ferguson

I spent Monday and Tuesday on a Penny Ferguson Personal Leadership training course in the stunning grounds of Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa. I learnt loads of very useful and insightful techniques which will be of value to me in my day to day life both at work and at home. I hope to flesh this article out with my thoughts on the experiences over the next few days. But for the time being I’d like to thank the trainer, Ray Powell who was quite an inspiration a good drinking buddy. Also cheers to all the others on the course who I met and had really interesting conversations with.
