New Diet: Day 2

Yesterday’s consumption…

Breakfast

  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 1 piece of wholemeal toast
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (on toast)
  • 1 glass orange juice and 100% vit-c/zinc tablet

Mid-morning

  • Mixed unsalted, unroasted nuts
  • A few raisins
  • Cup of coffee with milk

Lunch

  • Tuna
  • Mixed beans in vinaigrette
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon, olive oil

Afternoon

  • Low fat yoghurt
  • Cup of coffee with milk

Dinner

  • Tandori chicken breast
  • Mixed salad
  • Lemon juice

Also went to the pub and consumed 1 pint of beer and 1 glass of red wine. Drank water throughout the day.

This is the pattern. Subsequent entries will be abbreviated and slightly more interesting.
