aDesigner - IBM accessibility checker

alphaWorks : aDesigner: A free utility from IBM for web designers to check site accessibility. The software can be used to mimic low-vision and blind user experience of web sites. It also identifies any problem areas and gives each page a rating. Whilst it doesn’t speak the page, it does place labels of indication instead.
