Weird that Hugh and I were talking about this very thing last night whilst buying vegetables at Tesco. The recipe said “one eggplant, finely chopped”. Weirdly the next day (today) Signal vs Noise runs a post on regionalisms. Fantastic.

Guy -- my Matsui vcr is more reliable than my Tvonics pvr. I had hope for greatnes but freeview+ turns out to be ropey.
