The proposals are also strongly based on development proposals for CMK (the CMK Framework) developed in 2001.”
Seems a little odd that when they were devising the ‘new city’ that they didn’t make a decent provision for public transport in the first place. At least the first steps (PDF, 2mb) in the right direction have been taken. You can even fill in a questionnaire (Word Doc, 100k).
