Flash don’t need no browser

Flash escapes the browser - an article on News.com. Explains that Macromedia’s highly popular web-authoring tool, Flash, will not need to be constrained by a web browser in the not-so-distant future. In fact, software designers will be able to use Flash for all manner of apps that sit right on your desktop.

Flash websites are the ones that usually have a ’skip intro link on the first page. You know, the ones where no matter how hard you try to chase it, the links just keep on moving away from your mouse.
