What is it good for?

Despite thousands of petitions, no UN backing and French/German/Chinese opposition war has begun. Rather than the complete annihilation that was promised, we have a ’surgical’ bombardment. Whatever, it’s all war to me. Now the news channels have got some meat for their hi-tech war walls and I expect goold ole’ Peter Snow will be wheeled out to man them.

On the housing front, we spoke to our vendor last night. She’s happy to wait until we are ready to move. We will be ready to move once a gas certificate and retrospective planning permission for the internal door are obtained. We are happy to wait until our buyer comes up with the goods. Our buyer only needs to wait until theree mortgage comes through. The people at the top of the chain want to move now. They will have to wait. What are the going to do? Pull out? Then they’ve got to put the house back on the market again and wait another couple of months. Unlikely. It would seem, there is no problem. The only people in a flap right now would seem to be the estate agents. I can only guess as to why…

That’s better news, hopefully a little patience pays off. It didn’t pay for me to be patient. I had a look in Power Converters yesterday, a little semi acoustic for sale in the window at £45. I went in to ask about it but had a look at the other instuments inside first. When I turned round some twat had just bought it. Fuck!!

Bad news buddy. Don’t worry, one will crop up i’m sure. I knew there was something I was supposed to be keeping an eye out for on our company intranet!
