Housing hell p1

Got a phone call from our estate agent this morning informing us that our buyers might not be in a position to move. They claim that their mortgage company, GMAC, has lost their mortgage application. This information conflicts with the information that the Estate Agent is party to. So, are they weirding out on us? Who knows. A little hope lies in the fact that our buyers have paid for a survey and all the relevant search fees. Hopefully, due to this financial reason, they may still complete regardless of their mortgage glitch. Needless to say, Helen and I are shitting it at the moment. We need to make some contingency plans quickish. Both our solicitor and our estate agent are on the case today. I should have some more information by tomorrow. Stress levels are running high.
