Strange things are afoot

Sketch: Shows a page with loads of space above and below the content on it it.
Shay tells me that for the past month he’s been seeing this site in a totally different way. Shay uses IE5/PC. Each time he loads the site he has to scroll for miles until he finds the page content. If he scrolls down too far, he misses it entirely. I haven’t seen this problem anywhere else, and can not think why it’s happening. Is this a freak incident happening on his PC - or do more people experience this problem? Please let me know.
