Christmas comedown continues

Everyone went back to work in Milton Keynes today. Same old story: nobody letting anybody else out to join the slow moving queues of traffic, shiny Volkswagen Passat’s emerging from heated garages sans frost (unlike our poor Clio that required emergency kettle treatment on the windows), kids in Bodykit corsas/106’s/Saxos driving around just so you’ll admire their boy racer trophies (but not having any particular destination in mind) - you know the score. It might snow today, but then, it might not. In order to escape this creeping malaise you humble author considers finally popping off to see the Two Towers at Odeon cheep night tomorrow. Stephen Turvey’s glowing review inspires.
